Rest & Relaxation

Life can get so crazy sometimes it is really important to remember to take time to breathe. I find taking bubble baths the be the ultimate relaxation tool. I love to fill the tub up with warm water and bubbles, play some soothing music, light lots of candles and grab a great book.

  1. I'm with you on the bubble baths and candles. Sometimes together or sometimes it's just the candles while I'm sacked out on the couch. Flickering light is so therapeutic, isn't it?
