I recently picked up the latest issue of Elle magazine and saw a section where creative director, Joe Zee modified inexpensive vintage and thrift store pieces to make some super trendy outfits. This dress is by far my favorite of the revamped pieces.

How cute is that? The dress is made form two vintage slips that cost only $5 each! I am defiantly going thrift store shopping to look for some pieces to rework.
