Infinity Scarves are such a big trend right now, and I love them. Scarves can add so much to an outfit, infinity scarves add style and trendiness to any outfit. Here are some cute (and affordable) infinity scarves that are a must have.

Rest & Relaxation

Tumblr_lrzupojafx1qdwzmho1_r1_500_large

Life can get so crazy sometimes it is really important to remember to take time to breathe. I find taking bubble baths the be the ultimate relaxation tool. I love to fill the tub up with warm water and bubbles, play some soothing music, light lots of candles and grab a great book.

Coming Up Roses

Lately I have been drawn to anything that dusty rose colored. The color is so feminine with a vintage elegance. Here are some beautiful dusty rose images to inspire the 'girly girl' in all of us.

We are currently experiencing our first snow fall here in New England. It seems too way too early for snow, but snow means warm sweaters, cute coats and boots.

I really love riding boots right now and have been wearing them for weeks now. My favorite pair right now are from PacSun and they are on sale for only $34.99! This is what they look like-

Chai this!

Def05646001a74584ea40097_large

So with the colder weather coming I am Restarting my addiction to Starbucks Chai Lattes. However, my addiction is making my bank account suffer. So when I went to the grocery store today and saw Tazo Chai tea concentrate (yes, Tazo the same brand they use in Starbucks) I got so excited!

You can buy a 32 oz box for around $5. It is so easy to make too, you just mix equal parts of the concentrate and milk or a milk substitute (I like to use soy milk), heat it up and your done! The chai concentrate makes about 8 servings which means it roughly costs you 63 cents a cup. This is a big money saver and just as good at the $4.49 cup at Starbucks! Hope you all enjoy this as much as I do. And always remember to sip in style!

It's been way too long

As I'm sitting here drinking a warm cup of tea and painting my nails (Essie-Damsel in a Dress), all well in an oversized super comfy sweatshirt, I can't help but thinking that something is missing. Finally I figured it out, I haven't blogged in months! It has been way too long and I have no excuse except for graduation college and starting my first real 'grown-up' job. I miss blogging and am going to try to get back into the daily routine of blogging.

I have also been doing 'fall things' in the free time that I have.

Revamped Vintage

I recently picked up the latest issue of Elle magazine and saw a section where creative director, Joe Zee modified inexpensive vintage and thrift store pieces to make some super trendy outfits. This dress is by far my favorite of the revamped pieces.

How cute is that? The dress is made form two vintage slips that cost only $5 each! I am defiantly going thrift store shopping to look for some pieces to rework.

Do you shop in thrift stores?

Fashion for Less Friday

Photo via chasingdaises

I am a country girl at heart and also love Leighton Meester from Gossip Girl, so it is probably a shock that I haven't seen Country Strong yet. I plan on renting it this weekend, so this Fashion for less Friday is based on an outfit that Leighton wears in the film as well as in this clip featuring my current favorite song from the film called "Summer Girl"...

Here is how you can get Leighton's Country Strong look for less...

Birds of a feather

One trend that I am really loving right now is the feather trend. You can find feather accessories everywhere. I personally love the feather earrings and necklaces at Forever 21, that are affordable and super cute! If you are really into the feather trend you should check out feather extensions which you can put in yourself or have them done a salon.

Here are some celebrities who are following the feather hair extension trend,

Selena Gomez

Hillary Duff pulls them off nicely and they seem less casual on here. Best Celebrity Feather Hair Extensions People picture

The extensions are really easy to put in. They last for 4-6 weeks and can be curled, straightened and blow dried just like normal hair. Click here to watch how to put in your own feather extensions.

What do you think of this trend?

Nails Nails Nails

I have always loved nail polish, but lately it has become an addiction. Every time I go into a drugstore or beauty supply store I need to look at the nail polish and I usually buy one. There are some really awesome color out right now for spring and summer. Here are the latest polishes that I have purchased.

Orly Rage which is a shimmery rose gold

China Glaze crackle in black- similar to OPI black shatter

Sally Hansen lavender cloud- creamy white with a subtle hit of lavender

Essie Sand Tropez-sandy beige, a great neutral

Essie Beach Bum Blu- Bright shimmery blue

What is your favorite nail polish right now?
